Colette Marshall

Colette Marshall is Chief Executive of Diabetes UK.

Colette joined Diabetes UK in 2013 after roles in MEND, a social enterprise which empowered children and adults to become fitter, healthier and happier as well as to maintain a healthier weight. Prior to becoming our CEO in 2023, Colette was Director of Operations supporting our Volunteering, Services and Local teams. 

Prior to that Colette worked at Save the Children, Merlin, Centrepoint and the Big Issue in all her roles having a focus on poverty and the inequalities this drives. 

Her career started as a research scientist and then later on innovation and leading a business in the chemical industry.

She has an Exec MBA from London Business School.
