Join the new NDA Quality Improvement Collaborative for type 1 specialist services
The National Diabetes Audit introduced a quality improvement programme in 2017. Support has been provided to local healthcare teams in England and Wales to influence care and patient behaviours in order to improve outcomes for people living with diabetes.
ALL diabetes specialist teams in England and Wales are invited to participate in the collaboration to improve the care for people with type 1 diabetes. We will seek to implement NICE-recommended care and increase the use of insulin pumps.
The type 1 specialist service collaborative is currently open for application.Â
